Dear Glenn,
On the 29th of November I came into the service department in dire need of a replacement battery for my GTI. Unfortunately, the parts department was closed and it was possible I would not be driving my car home that night. With your quick thinking, my car was up and running again, and I would like to thank you for all of your assistance! Please extend my gratitude to Cliff (Bissara) who serviced my car, and the gentleman in the parts department who (thankfully) did not leave promptly at 5:00 pm.
